"Not only has the advertising community given high marks to the impact <br />and versatility of our digital networks, but the local communities in which they are located are also benefiting from their <br />emergency messaging capability. Given our success with this exciting technology in 2006, we plan to install digital networks <br />in many more markets in 2007." <br />The Twin Cities displays are located on heavily travelled freeways throughout the metropolitan area with an aggregate daily <br />circulation of over 661,000 people.
