CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION February 24, 2014 <br />DRAFT <br /> 46 <br />REVIEW REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS 47 <br /> 48 <br />Item 3B, Consider Resolution No. 14-18, Establishing 2014 Compensation Plan for Non-49 <br />Union Employees – Mayor Reinert indicated that there are questions regarding this item 50 <br />and so it will be removed from the agenda to be discussed at the March work session. 51 <br /> 52 <br />Item 6A, Second Reading of Ordinance 01-14 to Rezone Property from R, Rural and R-1, 53 <br />Single Family Residential to PUD-Planned Unit Development for Saddle Club – 54 <br />Community Development Director Grochala reviewed the ordinance before the council 55 <br />for second reading. Mayor Reinert asked if there has been any progress relative to the 56 <br />Comcast property (for access) and Mr. Grochala explained that the City Engineer has 57 <br />attempted to communicate with Comcast; staff would plan an official communication in 58 <br />the future. On this project staff would intend to move forward with the development 59 <br />plans as planned.
