The City suggests future access through Outlot E if feasible. The current proposal <br />creates a disconnect within the development. <br />19. Sheets 10 & 11, Preliminary Site & Utility Plan: <br />a. Front and rear setback line for 65’-70’ wide lots shall be shown as 25 feet. <br />Building pads may remain designed at 30 feet. <br />b. Rear setback line for 50’ wide lot shall be shown as 25 feet. Building pads may <br />remain designed at 30 feet. <br />c. Verify that lots along Streets G, H and J require 20 foot side setbacks vs. 25 foot <br />setback. <br />20. Sheet 14, Preliminary Grading & Erosion Control Plan: <br />a. The garage location shall be reversed to meet the 5 foot side setback on Lot 7, <br />Block 8 and Lot 22, Block 7. <br />21. Sheet 18, Preliminary Grading & Erosion Control Plan: <br />a.
