Similarly, prepare and attend <br />one meeting each of VLAWMO members to explain the SWU and its application. <br />Estimated Cost for Task Two: $7,000 <br />Deliverables: Preparation of two brochures and related SWU information for attendance at <br />information member meetings. <br />Task Three Final Report Phase <br />Task Four will be the completion and issuance of the Feasibility / Implementation Study report for the <br />VLAWMO — SWU. A total of fifteen (25 copies) of the report will be prepared and provided to <br />VLAWMO for distribution to both the VLAWMO Technical Commission and Board of Directors. <br />Estimated Cost for Task Two: $2,500 <br />Deliverables: Preparation of Feasibility / Implementation Study report for VLAWMO staff , <br />Technical Commission and Board of Directors. St--'14 <br />Task Four SWU Follow -up Training and Information inquiries <br />Consultant team will provide up to two training events for VLAWMO staff. The training will the SWU <br />allocations spreadsheet software, parcel land use calculation and SWU rate determination for selected <br />representative parcels for each VLAWMO member, information to be provided to respective county <br />billing staff, procedure for annual updating of parcel dataset and other integral parts of the system.
