Griffin, P.E. <br />VICE PRESIDENT, MUNICIPAL SERVICES <br />TKDA <br />ENGINEERING • ARCHITECTURE • PLANNING <br />Mr. Griffin has 21 years experience as a Municipal Engineering Consultant working with local <br />governments to plan, finance, develop, and implement municipal infrastructure systems. <br />He has been the City Engineering Consultant for several Minnesota Cities, Townships, <br />and Water and Sanitary Sewer Districts. He has extensive experience in helping growing <br />communities establish and implement policies, procedures, systems and standards to <br />effectively manage community growth and development. His most recent work has focused <br />primarily on city engineering services and major infrastructure projects for the cities of Lake <br />Elmo, and Victoria, Minnesota. Mr. Griffin oversees TKDA's Municipal Services Division and is leading the <br />division's production operations and the establishment of a formalized quality control and project management <br />system. <br />▪ Project Experience <br />IMINEwe <br />Gomm <br />APPOINTED CITY ENGINEER <br />City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota <br />2007 - Present <br />Serving as the City Engineer attending council and <br />staff meetings, responsible for municipal infrastructure <br />planning, design, and construction, and for the review and <br />implementation for private development projects. <br />• Lake Elmo Avenue I -94 to 30th Street Infrastructure <br />Project includes the extension of trunk sanitary sewer <br />service from the 1 -94 MCES interceptor sewer to the <br />Village Area in the heart of the city.
