Our 2011 billing rates are shown above. In these challenging <br />economic times, we realize that is it not business as usual from a billing standpoint. We have continued to tighten our belts <br />and have found efficiency and technological solutions that have allowed us to maintain the same billing rates that we have <br />had since 2008. <br />In addition, WSB has always maintained an open door /open communication policy with our clients and we do not charge for <br />general telephone calls. We feel it is important for our clients to be able to call our staff for general information or advice <br />without the anxiety of getting invoiced for a ten minute phone call.
