On the <br />next page is a graphic that illustrates the current municipal <br />clients that WSB serves and what specific engineering services <br />we provide to those communities. As you will see, WSB <br />provides engineering services to more than 50 municipalities <br />in a wide range of areas. We are proud of the projects that <br />we have been involved with and the lasting relationships <br />we have developed in the communities we serve. Understanding the dynamic <br />of when a staff member can take the lead on an <br />issue and where a consultant's expertise can add <br />value is a key component in developing efficient <br />and cost effective service. <br />A <br />WSB <br />Additionally, using Issue Tracker to <br />enhance communication can reduce the <br />need for on -site consultant presence <br />and thereby reduce the engineering <br />fees related to general services. <br />In addition to the day to day <br />communication Jason will have with <br />City staff and elected officials, he will <br />also utilize several additional resources <br />to keep the City apprised of what is happening in <br />regards to engineering matters. <br />• First, he will establish the Issue Tracker communication <br />tool, which will ensure efficient, open communication <br />between the City Council, staff, and the WSB team. <br />• Second, he will provide a link on the WSB website <br />under the "Client Zone" tab for construction projects. <br />Anyone with internet access can go to this website <br />and get updates on the status of any projects that are <br />active within the City. <br />• Third, he will provide quarterly reports to the City. <br />These reports contain such information as project up- <br />dates, funding opportunities, legislative information <br />and anything else he believes will be valuable to the <br />City. Quarterly reports have proven to be an efficient <br />and effective tool for City Councils in staying current <br />regarding consultant engineering activities. <br />Related Experience <br />
