Immio Ins Related Experience Experience Providing Engineering Service to Governmental Entities WSB has vast experience in serving municipal clients. On the next page is a graphic that illustrates the current municipal clients that WSB serves and what specific engineering services we provide to those communities. As you will see, WSB provides engineering services to more than 50 municipalities in a wide range of areas. We are proud of the projects that we have been involved with and the lasting relationships we have developed in the communities we serve. The City of Lino Lakes will benefit from the wealth of knowledge and experiences that the staff at WSB have obtained through developing broad based projects and serving such a varied group of cities. Jason's experience as a consultant engineer, in- house Public Works Director /City Engineer and Land Development Director provide him with a unique perspective on how to give advice and service to the City of Lino Lakes. Understanding the dynamic of when a staff member can take the lead on an issue and where a consultant's expertise can add value is a key component in developing efficient and cost effective service. A WSB Additionally, using Issue Tracker to enhance communication can reduce the need for on -site consultant presence and thereby reduce the engineering fees related to general services. In addition to the day to day communication Jason will have with City staff and elected officials, he will also utilize several additional resources to keep the City apprised of what is happening in regards to engineering matters. • First, he will establish the Issue Tracker communication tool, which will ensure efficient, open communication between the City Council, staff, and the WSB team. • Second, he will provide a link on the WSB website under the "Client Zone" tab for construction projects. Anyone with internet access can go to this website and get updates on the status of any projects that are active within the City. • Third, he will provide quarterly reports to the City. These reports contain such information as project up- dates, funding opportunities, legislative information and anything else he believes will be valuable to the City. Quarterly reports have proven to be an efficient and effective tool for City Councils in staying current regarding consultant engineering activities. Related Experience
