This report represents an estimated statement of project costs based on a preliminary <br />design using City standard specifications for public improvements. The purpose of the <br />report is to provide the council and the general public with the probable costs of <br />construction and a proposed assessment amount in accordance with City Charter and <br />Minnesota Statutes. In the event that the project funding is allowed under City Charter <br />provisions including approval in the general election a detailed final design process would <br />be initiated. The final design process will include additional neighborhood input, design <br />alternatives, and redefined cost estimates based on final design as directed by City <br />Council. <br />10 13849.004 <br />
