SUMMARY AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />As provided in this Report, the Shenandoah Area has been identified as a candidate for <br />reconstruction in 2009 in accordance with the City's Pavement Management. This Report <br />covered proposed improvements, costs, and financing of the Project. <br />We recommend that the City proceed with this Project as it is necessary, cost effective, <br />and feasible.
