• <br />AGENDA ITEM 1 H <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Julie Bartell, City Clerk <br />DATE: September 24, 2007 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 07 -157, Approving Peddlers License <br />for Minnesota Statewide Roofing and Remodeling <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority (3/5 Vote) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Minnesota Statewide Roofing and Remodeling, 5790 Kelsey Drive, Shorewood, <br />MN, has submitted a peddler's license application to the city clerk's office. The <br />company requests authorization to send representatives door to door in the city <br />selling roofing, siding and remodeling services. The city has received the permit <br />fee and all the necessary forms required to issue Minnesota Statewide Roofing <br />and Remodeling a license. The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed <br />the necessary background checks and indicated there would be no reason to <br />recommend denial of the license. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's <br />office for review. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1.
