The owner's proceeded with construction of the Insulated Concrete <br />Form (ICF) walls for the garage and undermining the foundation wall of the existing <br />house. During the initial construction, a portion of the foundation wall of the existing <br />house collapsed. The homeowner placed temporary framing to support the end of the <br />house that experienced the collapse.
