Funding sources: General Fund <br />STATUS: The Council approved the first reading of Ord. No. 07 -07, Amending Chapter 8 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Charter, on July 9. The ordinance was delivered to charter <br />commission members on July 11. The Charter Commission passed a resolution extending <br />their review period for an additional 90 days on August 23 and delivered the resolution to <br />the City Clerk on August 30. Due to this extended review period, the amendment question <br />can not be placed on the ballot for the November 2007 election. <br />B. Calendar Year 2008 <br />(1) Objective: Amend the City Charter in accordance with the election or <br />by ordinance (if process does not include referendum) <br />a. Key Action Steps: <br />b.
