DEVELOPMENT, FINANCE AND POLICY PLAN <br />As the regional parks and recreation agency, Anoka County will be the lead entity to <br />coordinate trail alignment and development throughout t proposed corridor. The <br />county will work with the local jurisdictions, the Cities ame, Centerville and Lino <br />Lakes, to ensure that the trail is planned and incod into future development <br />projects. The Cities of Blaine, Centerville and o Later; _ by their resolutions of <br />support, will provide for recognition and acceptance of trail dipment opportunities <br />when possible. Incorporating this trail conic* into the local, as II as the County's <br />Comprehensive Plans, will ensure that p{ tis are mode to succes pfd plan for and <br />develop the proposed trail.: • <br />Upon the Metropolitan Council's approval of master plan, the County and local <br />jurisdictions will have a variety funding optionsici rovide for trail development.
