GENERAL INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS <br />1. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes is accepting proposals for a Human <br />Resource Audit to include a review of the following components: <br />A. Current Position Descriptions <br />B. Performance Evaluation System <br />C. Job Evaluation System <br />D. Employee Compensation <br />E. Review of Internal Equity <br />2. The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes is accepting proposals for the <br />preparation of the following: <br />A. Preparation of a Pay for Performance/Merit Program <br />3. Your proposals should be submitted on the "Proposal Rate Sheet" or in a similar <br />format. An Officer of your Company should sign the "Proposal Rate Sheet ". <br />4. Please outline your requirements for presentation, timing, and fee structure. A <br />representative may be expected to provide or assist in conducting informational <br />meetings. <br />5. Minor revisions to original proposals, if requested by the City, may be negotiated <br />following the proposal deadline and prior to being submitted to the Council for <br />approval. <br />6. Eight copies of your proposal will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. on 10 December <br />2007 in the office of the following: Daniel Tesch, The City of Lino Lakes, 600 <br />Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes MN 55014. Proposal should be labeled <br />"Human Resource Audit 2007." <br />7. After a thorough review of the proposals the results will be presented to the City <br />Council at a date to be determined. If you have any questions concerning the <br />specifications, etc. please contact Daniel Tesch, Director of Administration, <br />651.982.2404. <br />8. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals that are in the <br />best interest of the City and its employees.
