Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07-188 RESOLUTION APPROVING A 90 DAY EXTENSION OF TIME ON THE FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR GOLDEN ACRE WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre was approved with Resolution 07 -103 by the City Council on August 27, 2007, and WHERAS, the city's Subdivision and Platting Ordinance requires the final plat be recorded within 90 days of approval, and WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for recordation of a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre is still in compliance with City requirements. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby approves an extension to the recordation time of the final plat for Golden Acre, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Final Plat for Golden Acre must be recorded by February 23, 2008; unless an additional extension is granted by the City Council. 2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 07 -103 will continue to apply to the site. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of November 2007. John J.
