Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 07 -199 RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOULUTION 07 -178: RESOULTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENTS FOR THE GOLDEN ACRE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, and WHEREAS, the final plat for Golden Acre was approved with Resolution 07 -103 by the City Council on August 27, 2007, and WHEREAS, the assessments were adopted for Golden Acre with Resolution 07 -178 by the City Council on October 22, 2007, and WHEREAS, the assessments for the Golden Acre Development Project can not be placed on the property taxes of the Golden Acre properties until the Final Plat has been recorded with Anoka County NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby repeals the assessments for the Golden Acre Development Project: 1. The assessments for the Golden Acre Development Project will remain pending until the plat recording of the subdivision occurs. Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of November, 2007.
