• <br />• <br />• <br />3. All of municipal Fire Departments have Mutual Aid Agreements with each <br />other. Written mutual aid agreements exist with the Cities of Blaine, Forest <br />Lake, Hugo, Lexington, White Bear Lake and others and are on file at the <br />Centennial Fire District. <br />4. The following Fire Department radio frequencies are used in Anoka County: <br />a. Multi - channel mobile radios and handie talkies — frequencies: <br />1) 800 MHz — Centennial Fire District <br />2) 800 MHz — City of Lino Lakes Police Department <br />3) 800 MHz — City of Lino Lakes Public Works <br />4) 800 MHz — State -wide Fire Channel <br />5) 800 MHz — Anoka County Fire Department <br />D. Radiological/HAZMAT <br />1. Radiological /Hazmat incidents are the responsibility of the Centennial Fire <br />District and they will coordinate efforts with North Metro CAT team and <br />MN State Duty Officer. <br />2. The North Metro Chemical Team is comprised of 15 members who are trained <br />to Hazmat Technician level or higher. <br />3. Additional resources are available through other state chemical assessment <br />teams (CAT), emergency response teams (ERT), state radiological response <br />teams, and the Minnesota State Duty Officer. <br />4. Training records are maintained by the North Metro Chemical Assessment Team <br />Administrator at Centennial Fire District, 7741 Lake Drive, Lino Lakes, MN <br />55014 <br />5. North Transportation is the primary EMS Transport Agency for the City of Lino <br />Lakes. North personnel and designated Mutual Aid Ambulance Services are <br />trained to and respond at the EMT and Paramedic level. <br />E. Debris Clearance <br />1. Outside City Limits: Outside incorporated areas, the Anoka County Engineer <br />will be responsible for debris clearance. <br />2. Inside City Limits: Within the City of Lino Lakes, the Public Works <br />Department will normally be responsible for debris clearance. <br />3. Except in unusual circumstances, removal of debris from private property will <br />be the responsibility of the property owner. Debris will be disposed of at a <br />local site chosen by local administration in conjunction with the disaster site. <br />A map of Temporary Debris Storage Sites is found in Section 2 of the RM <br />42 <br />
