• OS -07 -07 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />• <br />LOGISTICS SECTION <br />EMERGENCY OPERATIONS PLAN <br />REVISION: 1 <br />III. AVAILABLE RESOURCES AND SUPPORTING AGENCIES <br />A. Congregate Care <br />1. Potential registration centers, limited congregate care facilities, and sites for <br />limited mass feedings are listed in the City of Lino Lakes Resource Manual. <br />2. The American Red Cross has shelter agreements with facilities (see City of Lino <br />Lakes Resource Manual); generally school buildings, within the City of Lino <br />Lakes. The local Red Cross Chapter has limited personnel, but will be <br />augmented by the state level of Red Cross (24 -hour on -call duty personnel — <br />refer to City of Lino Lakes Resource Manual). <br />3. North Transportation will provide Health and Medical Care at Mass Care <br />Facilities. <br />B. Health and Medical <br />1. Hospital Care — Injured victims will be transported to Fairview Lakes Regional <br />Medical Center /Wyoming and Regions Hospitals. Responding EMS personnel <br />will determine if additional hospital facilities are required and make the <br />necessary arrangements. <br />2. Ambulance Service — North Transportation Ambulance Service will be used to <br />transport disaster victims within the City of Lino Lakes. Responding EMS <br />personnel will determine if additional ambulance services are required and make <br />the necessary contacts. <br />3. First Responder Emergency Medical Care — The Centennial Fire District and <br />Lino Lakes Police Department will be available to provide immediate medical <br />care to disaster victims suffering from major and/or minor injuries. <br />4. Emergency Mortuary Operations — These operations will be the responsibility <br />of the Anoka County Medical Examiner. Response to mass fatality will be <br />coordinated through the Lino Lakes EOC. <br />5. Health Threats — Serious potential or actual health problems (epidemics, food, <br />and/or water contamination, etc) associated with a disaster will be the <br />responsibility of the Anoka County Health Department and the Minnesota <br />Department of Health. Notification of these resources will be made via the <br />Minnesota State Duty Officer. <br />6. Inquiry and Referral Service — This service will be the responsibility of the <br />Anoka County Medical Examiner and Red Cross Divisions. <br />54 <br />
