The item was tabled to the April 12th <br />meeting and staff was directed to bring an Accessory Structure discussion to the April <br />5th work session. <br />This report summarizes the Accessory Structure standards, and requests some direction <br />from the City Council. <br />The Variance request should be considered separately from this discussion as any <br />change made to the ordinance effects the entire city, not just one site. <br />
