Since the cost of the Pine <br />Street Paving Improvements Project is directly costed by the of road footage the <br />assessment needs to be based on the Assessable Front Footage for each property. <br />Objection 4 <br />Much of the traffic on Pine Street is from travel to and from businesses located on Pine <br />Street. This traffic increases the frequency of required grading. The disproportionate <br />amount of traffic associated with these businesses compared to that of property owners <br />justifies assessing the businesses at a higher amount than the property owners in general. <br />I hope that bringing these facts to the attention of the City Council will result in an <br />equitable assessment policy for a Paving Project that is significantly past due. <br />Jahn . ancse <br />
