Family Medical Leave Act <br />• An eligible employee is entitled to twelve (12) weeks leave during any calendar year <br />twelve month period for the following reasons: <br />Article 9.4 Severance <br />Change "A full -time employee" to an employee. <br />Article 5.10 Post Retirement Health Care Saving Account <br />Change the initials "HSA" to HCSA (Health Care Saving Account) <br />Article 1.2 Scope of Ordinance <br />Change Volunteer to Paid on Call Fire Department <br />Article 5.1 Health Care Benefit Package <br />Paragraph 3 sentence 2, add "or are eligible for Medicare" after family members. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve the house keeping items as presented. <br />• <br />
