believes that a case could be made for this, since a Redevelopment TIF District was <br />created and affordable housing is a part of this incomplete redevelopment. <br />Staff will continue to keep lines of communication open with the banks as well, since <br />there is potential if the market shows signs of recovery that the banks may be willing to <br />exercise their repurchase option.
