LINO LAKES CITY OF COLUMBUS
Business Plan
Facility Cost, Estimate
Including FFE $235,000,000.00
Working Capital $15,000,000.00
Land $50,000,000.00
Mission Statement
International Motorsports Entertainment & Development Corporation plans to own
and operate a motorsports facility serving Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding
markets. Our primary target market audience is automobile and motorcycle
enthusiasts, who enjoy and participate in motorsports related activities. However, the
facilities lend themselves to many other non- motorsports activities.
The facilities will also serve the community through Emergency Vehicle training
capabilities, providing a safe environment for the public safety personnel.
IMEDC will also provide safe, convenient, high quality track time to the high
performance automobile and motorcycle enthusiasts, as well as amateur racers who
need a suitable place to compete and to practice.
The state of the art facility design will be unique in the Twin City metropolitan area in
that it is specifically designed to accommodate a full range of amateur to professional
events. The quality of the IMEDC facility will be comparable to those of the latest state
of the art entertainment facilities of all types. These facilities will enhance the "total
experience" of entertainment and IMEDC will seek to market a complete portfolio of relevant
events, products and service offerings.
Our goal in the near term is to prove the viability of a multi -use facility concept, as a
vital part of the community and an investment in the future growth of the local
community and surrounding markets.
3989 Central Avenue N.E.; Suite 200B; Minneapolis, Minnesota 55421
•
•
•
