Track time for team rental, track rental for corporate use, high performance driving and riding courses, and racing apparel and accessories. The track will be available for rent to commercial clients including automobile and motorcycle manufacturers, law enforcement training, car and motorcycle clubs, professional race teams, and amateur racing sanction bodies. The facilities and grounds will be available in part or as a whole for special interest group rentals, corporate, industry specific, entertainment promotions and community functions. Meeting and Office Space. Meeting, office space, and event space will be available for local clubs and organizations such as local car clubs and sanctioning bodies, as well as environmental testing and educational institutions. IMEDC plans to file a federal trademark application for the name "TBD" to promote the area. Business Synergies IMEDC understands the most important relationship is with the community in which the facility is located. Providing all that is expected of a good neighbor is of course of a very high importance throughout the life of the project. IMEDC management feels that it will be able to add to the local community and, at the same time, control sound and traffic at the facility, and that by doing so, our Good neighbor status will be maintained. These facilities will enhance the demand for a variety of entertainment options in the Twin Cities market because a suitable venue in which to hold outdoor gatherings such as is being designed does not currently exist in this market. An association with the facilities will represent a competitive advantage for local and regional and national businesses and retailers.
