City Council <br />Aerial Mapping <br />March 22, 2004 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -01 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PHOTOGRAMMETRIC MAPPING SERVICES <br />WHEREAS, the City is proposing to obtain Photogrammetric Mapping Services; and <br />WHEREAS, said mapping services will aid the City in performing engineering and <br />planning studies as well as storm water management modeling; and <br />WHEREAS, Markhurd has submitted a proposal and contract to provide such services <br />to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the contract with MarkHurd for Photogrammetric Mapping Services is hereby <br />approved. <br />Bergeson, Mayor <br />John <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of January, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />- 54 - <br />
