The developer shall submit a complete Tree Preservation and Mitigation Plan in <br />full compliance with the tree preservation and mitigation ordinance prior to <br />approval of the final plat. <br />e. Tralle <br />abstained.) <br />The Board asked the developer to respond to Condition No. 14C. <br />Mr. Mattke stated that they do not anticipate removing the large Willow trees, but they do <br />anticipate removing a broken River Birch tree on the SE corner of the property that is in <br />poor condition. <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to recommend approval of the Preliminary Plat for a <br />three -lot residential subdivision to be called Talan Ridge located at 260 Linda Avenue, <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
