Planning&ZoningBoard <br />April12,2006 <br />Page 8 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br />Mr.Smysernotedthattheprojectdesignwillbedeterminedtosomeextentbythe 35 -E <br />interchangearea design. <br />Mr.Laden wonderedhowvaluabletheAUARwaswiththisproject.Mr.Smyserreplied <br />thatthe AUARresultswerewonderful.Headdedthata nythingbuiltmustbeconsistent <br />with the mitigationplan ,andthats omestrongrecommendationswillbemade,alongwith <br />somesuggestions. <br />C.R ehbein BusBarn <br />Mr.TrallewasconcernedthattheRehbeinbussite wasinviolationof their Conditional <br />UsePermit.Herecently droveby thesiteandthereappearedtobe no activity .He <br />requestedthatthe CityCouncil beinformed thattheyarenotincomplianceastheir <br />p artialaddition has not been completed andthe lightingconcernshavenotbeen <br />addressed,as lights currently shineintoneighborhoods. <br />Mr.Nelson statedthattheyhave fixedthelights. <br />Mr.Bengtson statedthat therewasamajordelayintheprojectoverthewinter. <br />However,hehadrecently r e c eiv eda phonem essagefrom R ehbein thatthey intendto <br />followthr o u gh withtheproject .Theyhaverevisedtheirlightingwithoutapproval,so <br />staffwill bebringingas -built plans tothe city council.Headdedthatt heyneedto <br />connect tocitywater .Here portedthatprogress isbeingmade.Staffhasmadeavisitto <br />thesite andnotedthat lightingwasimproved. <br />VII .ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr.T ralle madeaMOTIONtoadjournthemeetingat 9 :28 p .m.,andwassupportedby <br />Mr .L aden .Motioncarried 6 -0. <br />Respectfu llysubmitted, <br />DawnBugge <br />CommunityDevelopmentAssistant
