Neu, Jr. <br />February 27, 2006 <br />I. INTRODUCTION <br />On February 20 -21, 2006, members of the City Council and City Management <br />Team conducted a City Leadership Workshop. All members of the council and <br />the management team were in attendance. <br />A copy of the Objectives and Agenda for the workshop are attached to this report <br />as Appendix A. <br />II. KEY OBSERVATIONS AND CONCLUSIONS REACHED BY THE <br />PARTICIPANTS <br />A. Review of accomplishments made pertaining to the goals and <br />objectives contained in the Council's Goals and Management Action <br />Plan for 2005 -2006. <br />The Goals and Management Action Plan for 2005 -2006 was developed <br />based upon observations and conclusions made by the council and <br />management team at a workshop conducted on May 22, 2004. <br />Prior to this workshop, the city administrator provided the members of city <br />council with a progress report pertaining to accomplishments made <br />relative to the goals and objectives contained in the Goals and <br />Management Action Plan for 2005 -2006. During this workshop, the <br />administrator highlighted again the accomplishments achieved and <br />answered questions from council members. After reviewing the report, <br />the participants made the following conclusions: <br />
