APPROVED MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONI NG BOARD MINUTES <br />I.CALL TO ORDE R AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:34 <br />p.m., March 12, 2003. <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />III.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 12, 2003 <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION approve the Fe bruary 12, 2003 Minutes and was supported <br />by Mr. Tralle. Motion carried 3-0. <br />IV.OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:35 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike. <br />Mr. Tralle made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:36 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Rafferty. Motion carried 3-0. <br />V.ACTION ITEMS <br />A.CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, Bruggeman Properties, SE corner of <br />Birch Street <br />Staff stated the applicant had requested Prel iminary Plat Approval to allow a three lot <br />commercial subdivision, Rezoning to GB/PDO, Site and Building Plan Review, and a <br />Conditional Use Permit for an accessory dr ive-through, on property located south of <br />DATE: March 12, 2003 <br />TIME STARTED: 6:34 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 7:52 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Corson (arrive d at 6:58 p.m.), Hyden, Rafferty, <br />Schaps and Tralle. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Lane and Lyden. <br />STAFF PRESENT: Michael Grochala ; Tanda Gretz; James Studenski
