APPROVED MINUTES <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />PLANNING & ZONI NG BOARD MINUTES <br />I.CALL TO ORDE R AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Schaps called the Lino Lakes Planning and Zoning Board meeting to order at 6:36 <br />p.m., August 13, 2003. <br />II.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved. <br />III.APPROVAL OF MINUTES: July 9, 2003 <br />Mr. Corson made a MOTION approve the July 9, 2003 Minutes and was supported by <br />Ms. Tralle. Motion carrie d 4-0-2 (Mr. Lyden and Chair Schaps abstained). <br />IV.OPEN MIKE <br />Chair Schaps declared open mike open at 6:37 p.m. <br />There was no one present for Open Mike <br />Ms. Lane made a MOTION to close Open Mike at 6:38 p.m., and was supported by Mr. <br />Lyden. Motion carried 5-0. <br />V.ACTION ITEMS <br />A.GEORGE AND LYNN FERNSTROM, 6340 RED MAPLE LANE <br />Staff stated applicants woul d like to construct a second, detached garage, but such a <br />proposed garage would have to be sited in fr ont of the home due to placement of a septic <br />DATE: August 13, 2003 <br />TIME STARTED: 6:36 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED: 1:28 A.M., August 14, 2003 <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Corson, Hyden (arrived at 10:13 p.m.), Lane, <br />Lyden, Rafferty, Schaps, and Tralle. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: None. <br />STAFF PRESENT: Jeff Smyser ; Michael Grochala; and James <br />Studenski; Tanda Gretz
