• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 04 -62 <br />APPROVING ISSUANCE OF NEW ON -SALE WINE AND BEER LICENSE <br />WITH SUNDAY SALES <br />FOR POBLANO'S MEXICAN RESTAURANT, 730 APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes met at its regularly scheduled <br />meeting on April 24, 2006, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council discussed approval of a new On -Sale Wine <br />and Beer license with Sunday Sales for Poblano's Mexican Restaurant located at 730 <br />Apollo Drive, #140, and; <br />WHEREAS, the Police Department of the City of Lino Lakes has conducted an <br />investigation of the applicants, and; <br />WHEREAS, Poblano's Mexican Restaurant is in compliance with City Code Section <br />701 Concerning Liquor Licensing, and qualifies for such license and; <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has provided proof of insurance as required and paid the <br />necessary fees; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the new On -Sale Wine and Beer license with Sunday Sales for <br />Poblano's Mexican Restaurant subject to all the fees, provisions and conditions of the <br />laws of the city, state and of the federal government. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />
