The <br />application requests permission for CYHA to conduct charitable gambling at <br />Miller's on Main, 8001 Main Street. Charitable gambling is already in place at <br />that location, benefiting the Centennial Fire Relief Association. <br />The application is complete and the related fee has been paid. <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background investigation <br />relative to this application and found no information on the principal applicants <br />that would give a specific reason to deny the application. <br />Minnesota Lawful Gambling law requires that the local unit of government <br />approve premises permit applications before they are submitted to the Gambling <br />Control Board for final consideration. Therefore, the City Council is being asked <br />to consider adoption of a resolution approving the application submitted by <br />CHYA. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Resolution No. 06 -63 approving the premises permit application <br />of Centennial Youth Hockey Association to conduct charitable gambling at <br />Miller's on Main, 8001 Main Street. <br />2.
