• <br />AGENDA ITEM I, K. <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Paul Bengtson <br />MEETING DATE: April 24, 2006 <br />TOPIC: Final Plat <br />Century Farm North 4th Addition <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Century Farms North Development Company has requested approval of a residential <br />development called Century Farm North 4th Addition. The subject property consists of Outlot G <br />of Century Farm North and Outlots A and D of Century Farm North 3r a Addition. This plat will <br />create a total of 43 residential lots and 2 large outlots that will eventually become part of the 5th <br />Addition plat. <br />The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat layout as approved by the City Council <br />on April 28, 2003. The title commitments have been forwarded to the City Attorney and have <br />been determined to be acceptable. <br />The conditions of the preliminary plat have mostly been addressed through the platting process <br />of the first three phases, and will be enforced in a similar fashion for this addition. Specifically, <br />the townhouse elevations will be held to the same standard developed for the 2nd addition, the <br />height restrictions to protect air space for the air park are in place, and the trails for this portion <br />of the development have already been platted by the 2nd addition. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 06 -69 the final plat for Century Farm North 4th <br />Addition. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
