• <br />• <br />• <br />Speiser Acres <br />Page 2 <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-69 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CENTURY FARM NORTH 4TH <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are govemed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Century Farm North was approved with Resolution 04 -58 <br />by the City Council on April 28, 2003 with conditions, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Century Farm North 4th Addition complies with City requirements <br />and the conditions of Resolution 04 -58 have been satisfied. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the final plat for Century Farm North 4th Addition. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April 2006. <br />ATTEST: <br />John J.
