Apollo Landing, page 5 <br />•LANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />At the April 12, 2006 regular meeting, the Planning and Zoning Board held a public hearing and <br />unanimously recommended approval of this request. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 06 -70 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The project is still subject to the requirements of the Conditional Use Permit / Planned Unit <br />Development — Development Stage Plan of Resolution 05 -63 and the Planned Unit Development — <br />Final Plan of Resolution 05 -143. <br />• <br />2. All parking shown on the site plan must be provided prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy for the building. <br />3. Future applications for the development of the remaining outlot will need to incorporate the changes <br />made to the site plan as part of this approval. <br />4.
