council Member <br />Apollo Landing, page 6 <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06-70 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE HOTEL AT APOLLO LANDING TO ALLOW FOR BUILDING HEIGHT IN EXCESS OF <br />THE DISTRICT STANDARDS AND REVISIONS TO THE SITE LAYOUT. <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an amendment to the planned unit development <br />conditional use permit approval for property currently described to -wit: <br />Lot 1 Block 1 Apollo Landing <br />WHEREAS, the amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit approval request is based <br />on the following submittals: <br />1. Hampton Inn (Apollo Landing) Plan Set received March 16, 2006. <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on April 12, 2006, the Planning & Zoning Board conducted a public hearing and <br />recommended approval of the amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit subject to the <br />conditions listed in the meeting minutes; and - <br />WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the planned unit development conditional use permit meets the <br />requirements of the City's zoning ordinance, specifically Section 3. Subdivision 4. Letter C entitled `Height'; <br />and the subdivision ordinance, subject to certain conditions of approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Lino Lakes hereby approves the amendment <br />of the planned unit development conditional use permit for the Hotel at Apollo Landing subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />• <br />1. The project is still subject to the requirements of the Conditional Use Permit / Planned Unit <br />Development — Development Stage Plan of Resolution 05 -63 and the Planned Unit Development — <br />Final Plan of Resolution 05 -143. <br />2. All parking shown on the site plan must be provided prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />occupancy for the building. <br />.D. <br />Future applications for the development of the remaining outlot will need to incorporate the changes <br />made to the site plan as part of this approval. <br />4. A shared parking agreement must be recorded on all of Apollo Landing prior to the issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />
