Inc for the Base Bid amount of $725,352.61. <br />2. Delay awarding a contract for Alternate 1 for a period of time until additional progress has been made <br />on the entire development. Jay Bros. Inc., also the low bidder for Alternate 1, has agreed to extend <br />their bid until October 24, 2006, to allow time for additional progress (see enclosed letter). <br />3.
