• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -68 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT <br />COST ALLOCATION STUDY <br />WHEREAS, the City is proposing to obtain traffic engineering services to identify <br />needed roadway improvements and an equitable method of allocating costs to <br />developing areas within the I -35E Corridor; and <br />WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc., has submitted a proposal for such services in <br />the amount of $16,000; and <br />WHEREAS, SRF Consulting Group, Inc., has significant traffic engineering experience <br />in the I -35E Corridor including the 35W/35E Regional Corridor Study, CSAH 14 <br />Improvement Project and the CSAH 14/35E Interchange Preliminary Design. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the contract with SRF Consulting Group, Inc., for a Roadway Improvement <br />Cost Allocation Study is hereby approved. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 24th day of April, 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
