•
Rehbein Amendment
PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
The Planning and Zoning Board reviewed this item at the April 13, 2005 meeting and
recommend approval subject to 5 conditions. One of those conditions was the requirement that
the lighting be corrected prior to the item being forwarded to the City Council for review. The
applicant has addressed those comments to the satisfaction of staff and the Planning and Zoning
Board members; therefore that condition is no longer included with staff's recommended
conditions.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of Resolution 06 -72 subject to the following conditions:
1. All conditions from the Conditional Use Permit, as amended, shall continue to apply.
2. Construction must comply with the requirements of the Centennial Fire Department,
including the connection of the existing buildings to municipal water for fire sprinkling.
3. A performance agreement between the city and the developer must be executed prior to
the issuance of any building permits for the subject site.
4. The proposed addition is subject to double permit fees as construction was begun prior to
the issuance of any building permits.
5. No outdoor storage of materials shall be allowed under the canopy.
This review is based on the following plans and information:
- 57 -
1. Rehbein Plan Set
