Please be advised that the hearing will
be held in the Council Chambers at Lino Lakes City Hall (600 Town Center Parkway).
It is alleged that on February 24, 2006 you violated Section 701 by selling alcohol
to a person underage. If you do not
attend, you will be advised of the City Council's action.
Please feel free to contact me at 651- 982 -2406 with any questions.
Enclosure
cc: Police Chief David Pecchia
City Attorney
Sincerely,
Julie Bartell
City Clerk
