• <br />• <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 -93 <br />APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF BEER LICENSES <br />FOR THE 2006/2007 LICENSING PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for beer licenses in the City of Lino Lakes is one <br />year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of beer licenses; <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the renewal applications that have been <br />submitted and has verified that state and local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has completed the required <br />background investigations; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby adopts Resolution No. 06 -93 approving the <br />renewal of beer licenses as set forth in Exhibit A that is attached to this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th day of June, 2006. <br />John Bergeson, Mayor <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this day of , 2006. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />
