Curb stops must be installed at the property line for all services to be connected to grinder pumps. <br />10. Watermain and sanitary sewer mainline must have a minimum 18" of separation on Killdeer Drive for <br />service crossings. <br />11. The sanitary FM must be 18" lower than the watermain to allow adequate separation for service <br />crossings. <br />Storm Sewer and Drainage Comments: <br />1. Clarify the difference shown on the Grading Plan between the GFE and the Ground Elevation. <br />2. Show storm sewer line work and directional arrows on all storm sewer plan views. <br />3. See attached TKDA Drainage Review, dated July 25, 2006, for drainage comments to be addressed. <br />Additional Comments: <br />1. A copy of all necessary permits must be provided to the City. <br />2. Two Detail Sheets were referenced in the Sheet Index, but not included in the plan set. <br />3. An updated Plat, which addresses all easement issues, must be provided for review. <br />4. Provide a minimum 3 Cable Guard Rail where retaining walls are adjacent to the roadway. Cross <br />sections shall be provided to illustrate slopes in these areas. <br />5.
