New comments are in bold and identify items
that need to be addressed.
Drainage Review Comments:
1. The preliminary geotechnical report concludes that ground water is found between 0' to 8.4' and has
potential to fluctuate upward as much as 3.5' to 4.25'. It may be difficult to maintain groundwater
separation from the storm sewer. Alternative solutions must be provided to maintain groundwater
separation.
06/02/06 Provide an anticipated high ground water elevation. Low floor elevations shall be 4'
above the anticipated high ground water elevation.
NPDES standards require 3' of separation between the bottom of infiltration basin 4P
and seasonally saturated soils.
7/25/06 The lowest floor elevation shall be 4 feet above the highest anticipated water table
which is identified as mottled soils or the seasonally high water mark.
An Employee Owned Company Promoting Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity
