MEETING DATE: September 11, 2006 <br />TOPIC: Second Reading, Ordinance 08 -06: <br />Rezone to Planned Unit Development <br />The Preserve <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City Council approved the first reading of the ordinance on August 28. This is the second <br />reading. <br />I have added a brief statement in Section 3 of the ordinance stating that the requirements of the <br />R -1X zone and the rest of the zoning ordinance apply to anything not specifically laid out in the <br />development plans. This would include such things as accessory building sizes, accessory uses, <br />etc. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve the second reading of Ordinance 08 -06, rezoning the site to Residential Planned <br />Unit Development <br />2. Return to staff with direction. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
