John <br />is the founder of LeGran Homes. Dave is <br />a licensed attorney. While in private <br />practice, Dave specialized in representing <br />parties involved in real estate matters, <br />including home builders, civil engineers <br />and developers. He spent 10 years <br />providing legal representation to cities <br />including the cities of Fridley and <br />Zimmerman. He spent 8 years as a <br />member of the Fridley School Board and <br />3 years as the Chairman of the Fridley <br />Planning Commission. In 1990 he joined a <br />major twin cities custom homebuilder. Since then he has been actively involved in residential <br />land development. Dave has developed over 1,500 residential lots in a variety of markets. <br />Plum Investment Company is owned by Peter Pflaum the prior CEO and President <br />of Lundgren Bros. Construction. Peter was the principal owner of Lundgren Bros, on its <br />Board of Directors for 30 years and oversaw land acquisition and development of <br />approximately 4,100 lots in <br />over 140 subdivisions. He sold <br />the company to U.S.Home <br />Corporation in April of 1999. <br />At that time Lundgren Bros <br />was the largest private <br />residential builder in the State <br />and had won more local and <br />regional building and <br />development awards than any <br />other local residential building <br />company. In the year 2000 <br />Lennar Corp. acquired US <br />Home Corp and became one of <br />the largest public home <br />builders in the country.
