Mission Statement <br />Lino Lakes Development, LLC is pleased to present to the <br />City of Lino Lakes, Robinson Lakes, a master planned <br />mixed use residential community. The principals of Lino <br />Lakes Development, LLC., include three very experienced <br />development companies. The development team has <br />collaborated on this site to use their combined talents in <br />order to create a community which will be the finest of its <br />kind in the entire Twin City area. Our focus will be to <br />create a theme for this community incorporating <br />architecture, land plan, amenities and attractive landscape <br />features that compliment each other and combine to make <br />this neighborhood a very special and wonderful place to <br />live. A focus of this new community is the lakes which <br />will provide many unique opportunities for its residents to <br />enjoy. Immediately upon entering this community, you <br />will know this is a very special place with its scenic main <br />entrance crossing a bridge with majestic views of the lakes <br />and the island. In addition, all residents will be members of <br />a state of the art club house. Robinson Lakes will include <br />over 7 miles of trails which will enable its residents to <br />experience a wonderful variety of lake views and <br />landscaped vistas that will connect the many parks and <br />open spaces. About one third of the site, or approximately <br />190 - 215 acres, will be park, greenway, lakes, ponds and <br />trails. The club house will feature a sandy beach <br />surrounding a Large pool with panoramic views of the <br />lakes. This club house will provide a safe and attractive <br />gathering place for the residents of Robinson Lakes to relax <br />and to meet their neighbors. There will be a wide variety <br />of homes, townhouses and condominiums available, each <br />in their own unique neighborhood with their own special <br />architectural design features. This will create a large <br />variety of housing types, each complementary to the other. <br />The goal of Lino Lakes Development LLC is to create a <br />community which the developers, city and residents all can <br />be very proud of. <br />
