Chair Tralle thanked and appreciated Robert Nelson for <br />his many years of service to the city. <br />5. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a rezone of property located at 7880 Sunset <br />Avenue MID #07-31-22-23-0004) from R-Rural to PUD-Planned Unit <br />Development and an Amendment to the Development State Plan/Preliminary <br />Plat of Century Farm North to expand project boundary and include certain <br />property located at 7880 Sunset Avenue <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, recommended continuing the Public Hearing as staff is <br />awaiting revised plans from the applicant. <br />Staff has met with the developer to resolve and request a full packet for the next meeting. <br />Mr. Hyden made a MOTION to continue the Public Hearing to the next meeting. Motion <br />was supported by Mr. Laden. Motion carried 6 - 0. (Tralle abstained.) <br />B. CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING to consider rezoning and a PUD <br />Development State Plan/Preliminary Plat for a 55 lot residential development <br />to be called Saddle Club, located at 1403 Birch Street, PIN 28-31-22-34-0001 <br />Ms. Larsen recommended continuing the Public Hearing to the next meeting to allow for <br />staff to work with the developer on outstanding issues. <br />Mr. Nelson made a MOTION to continue the Public Hearing to the next meeting. <br />Motion was supported by Mr. Masonick. Motion carried 6 - 0. (Tralle abstained.) <br />C. PUBLIC HEARING to consider a Preliminary and Final Plat for a two -lot <br />single family residential development to be called Marshan Meadows 2nd <br />Addition, located at 7332 Stagecoach Trail <br />Katie Larsen, City Planner, presented the staff report. <br />Ms. Larsen explained that the city revised its Shoreland Management Overlay District in <br />2012, at which time staff did not amend the text in the city's Zoning Ordinance to meet <br />the new requirements. Therefore, a Variance will be required for the setback allowance <br />to meet the Shoreland requirements. <br />Staff recommended approval of the Variance, Preliminary Plat and Final Plat for <br />Marshan Meadows 2nd Addition. <br />Chair Tralle opened the Public Hearing at 6:55 p.m. <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br />
