Mr. Vang <br />73 was present in the audience for questions. The application process is complete, the related fees have <br />74 been paid and insurance information has been provided to the City as required. In accordance with <br />75 the Lino Lakes Code of Ordinances, this application requires approval by the City Council. The <br />76 ordinance does require that opportunity be given to any person wishing to be heard for or against the <br />77 granting of the license. <br />78 <br />79 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve Resolution NO. 14 -32 as presented. Council Member <br />80 Stoesz seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />81 <br />82 3B) Labor Agreement with AFSCME, Local 2454 — Administrator Karlson reviewed the <br />83 proposed terms of the 2014 labor agreement. <br />84 <br />85 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve the agreement as presented. Council Member Roeser <br />86 seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />87 <br />88 3C) Resolution No. 14 -18, Establishing the 2014 Compensation Plan for Non -Union <br />89 Employees- Administrator Karlson explained that he is recommending a two percent salary <br />2 <br />
