The 2014 budget includes the <br />91 increase. <br />92 <br />93 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 14 -18 as presented. Council Member <br />94 Roeser seconded the motion. Motion carried on a unanimous voice vote. <br />95 <br />96 3D) Wage Increase for Part -Time Scanner Operators — Administrator Karlson noted the city's <br />97 ongoing electronic records project and the use of part-time scanners. Since the council recently <br />98 extended the employment period authorized for these scanners, they fall into an area where a pension <br />99 contribution is required. He is recommending that the city pick up that payment by providing a wage <br />100 increase of $.75 per hour. <br />101 <br />102 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the wage increase as recommended. Council Member <br />103 Stoesz seconded the motion. Resolution No. 14 -34, Approving Preliminary Plat <br />119 <br />120 City Planner Larsen explained that a discrepancy in the legal description for this project has been <br />121 brought to light and therefore staff is asking to have the matter continued. <br />122 <br />123 This item was postponed by unanimous consent of the council. <br />124 <br />125 6B) Resolution No. 14 -35, Approving a Storm Water Maintenance Agreement with Rice <br />126 Creek Watershed District for Holly Drive Improvements- City Engineer Wedel reported that this <br />127 improvement project was actually implemented in 2004. The project included a requirement for a <br />128 storm water maintenance agreement; since that was not executed at that time, staff is bringing the <br />129 matter forward for council approval at this time. <br />130 <br />131 Council Member Roeser moved to approve Resolution No. 14 -35 as presented.
