Consideration of Minutes of January 23, 2006 <br />Motion by Reinert, seconded by Carlson, to approve the minutes was adopted by <br />a unanimous voice vote. <br />3. Resolution No. 06 -02, First Amendment to Lease - Purchase Agreement between Lino <br />Lakes EDA and the City of Lino Lakes <br />Motion by Reinert, seconded by Bergeson, to approve Resolution No. 06 -02 was <br />adopted by a unanimous voice vote. <br />4. Resolution No. 06 -03, Approving Assignment and Release of Certain Obligations <br />under the Contract for Private Development between the Lino Lakes Economic <br />Development Authority, the City of Lino Lakes, and Hartford Development, Inc. <br />Motion by Reinert, seconded by Bergeson, to approve Resolution No. 06 -03 was <br />adopted by a unanimous voice vote. <br />5. Adjourn <br />The meeting was adjourned at 6:23 p.m. <br />
